Integrated human-centered design methodologies into the workflow to foster empathy and creativity as well as collaboration across teams. I worked with a variety of vehicle maintenance brands to evangelize UX best practices and worked to understand their customers and apply insights to business goals and project initiatives. Lead creation of design system and began to work AI tools into workflow.
