Director of Product Design | Driven Brands - Remote| 2022-2024
Built and lead a research, design, and front-end development team. Integrated human-centered design methodologies into the workflow to foster empathy and creativity as well as collaboration across teams. I worked with a variety of vehicle maintenance brands to evangelize UX best practices and worked to understand their customers and apply insights to business goals and project initiatives.

Built and lead a research and design team. As a facilitative leader, I leveraged strategic thinking to help set a vision that can be executed on iteratively to solve user problems and meet business goals.
