- Generate deliverables such as personas, journey maps, wire frames, and prototypes.
EXPERIENCE
Director of Product Design | Driven Brands - Remote| 2022-2024
Built and lead a research, design, and front-end development team. Integrated human-centered design methodologies into the workflow to foster empathy and creativity as well as collaboration across teams. I worked with a variety of vehicle maintenance brands to evangelize UX best practices and worked to understand their customers and apply insights to business goals and project initiatives.
Director of UX | Colibri Group - Remote| 2020-2022
Built and lead a research and design team. As a facilitative leader, I leveraged strategic thinking to help set a vision that can be executed on iteratively to solve user problems and meet business goals. As the champion for human-centered design principles I lead my team to create end-to-end experiences that meet users' needs, discover new opportunities, and address business goals.
